College Schmollege
I have decided that college is completely overrated. Who wants to pay one million dollars to go through four more years of school? Do we actually need to have a “career?”
Just kidding of course. But in all seriousness, the hunt for organizations willing to give me money is rather strenuous. Is it too much to ask to not go into debt for my education?
I’ve gotten a little more than half my tuition paid for. But I’ve still got quite a ways to go before I reach my ultimate goal: living on campus. I’m going to a local school, so it’s not exactly required, but moving out would probably be the greatest thing in the world. Not that my family isn’t delightful, but freedom is just to tantalizing a possibility. I would live with one of my dearest friends, and it will be like a slumber party that lasts FOREVER. Yippy. Hoorah. Cool. Awesome. Yeah.
